Ingredients
- 1 c. Butter
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cream of tartar
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar. Beat egg and add in to mix. Set aside 10 min.
- Add in baking soda. Sift flour and cream of tartar together and add in to mix. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Dip the bottom of a glass in sugar and press down on cookies to flatten. Bake at 350 till edges turn brown (8-10 min).
