Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced thin
- 1 lg. jar pimentos, liquid removed and sliced thin
- 1 med. onion, sliced thin
- 1 green pepper, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil or possibly canola oil
- Salt, pepper and sugar to taste
Directions
- Mix all well and let stand overnight. Doubles beautifully for potluck dinners or possibly picnics.
