  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 sm. or possibly 2 lg. bananas
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/3 c. Raisin Bran cereal
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts

Directions

  1. Mix and cream sugar and shortening. Add in mashed bananas, large eggs, flour, pwdr and soda. Add in lowfat sour cream and Raisin bran. Mix well; add in nuts. Place in 13 x 5 inch loaf pan that is greased and lightly floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
