Ingredients

  • 3 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk - or possibly 1% lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 10 ounce Birds Eye frzn Deluxe Asparagus Spears thawed
  • 1/2 c. reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese shredded or possibly cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400F. Beat Large eggs in mixing bowl. Add in lowfat milk and salt; blend thoroughly. Pour mix into 9 x 13 in. greased baking pan; add in asparagus. Top with grated cheese. Bake for 15 min or possibly till hard.
  2. Makes 4 servings.
