Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 c. Sliced almonds
- 1 dsh Garlic or possibly onion pwdr
- 1 can (12-15 ounce.) Asparagus spears, liquid removed
Directions
- Heat butter in a large skillet. Add in almonds and garlic pwdr. Cook over low heat till almonds are toasted; push to one side.
- Add in asparagus to the other side; cover and heat. Spoon almond butter over asparagus and top with parsley if you like.
