Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 6 x green onions minced
- 1/2 c. cashews
- 2 x boneless skinless chicken breasts (or possibly 3)cooked and
- Â Â minced
- 1 pkt lowfat ramen noodles (or possibly 2)
- 1 x veg. oil spray
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds (or possibly 3)
Directions
- Brown broken noodles in pan sprayed with veg. oil spray. (I like to add in about ateaspoon of vegetable oil and a few drops of sesame oil.) Add in sesame seed when almostdone.
- Add in to other salad ingredients. Pour dressing on and toss well.
- Serve.
