- 1 pkg. chicken rice a roni (cook as directed on package)
- 1 green onion and stems, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, minced fine
- 1 c. celery, minced fine
- 8 pimento stuffed olives, sliced
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, cut up
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
Directions
- After chicken rice a roni is cool add in the rest of ingredients. Make day before planning to serve. Pimentos maybe added, (optional). Serves 6.
