  1. Place cleaned mushrooms in boiling water for 3 min. Drain. While hot add in oil to mushrooms. Add in marinated artichoke hearts (including juice), parsley, crushed garlic, black pepper, salt and onions. Mix well. Chill overnight. Next day add in: celery and green olives.
