Ingredients
- 1 x onion, minced
- 1 x green bell pepper, minced
- 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 can tomatoes, canned
- 1 can kidney beans, canned
- 1 can corn, canned
- 8 ounce macaroni, elbow
Directions
- Sauteeonion, green pepper, garlic, chili pwdr, salt, and cumin till vegetables are tender. Stir in tomatoes, breaking with spoon. Add in kidney beans and corn; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 min, stirring occasionally. Toss with elbows.
