  1. Cook and drain cans of French-style green beans. Mix together melted margarine, flour, salt, and sugar; add in onion and lowfat sour cream. Mix green beans with lowfat sour cream mix. Pour into casserole dish; cover with shredded Swiss cheese. Top with crushed cornflakes. Heat at 350 degrees till heated throughout (don't let topping of cornflakes burn).
