Ingredients

  • 6 x garlic cloves - (to 7) minced very fine
  • 1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 c. oregano
  • 1/4 c. red dry pepper (the Italian type)
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix the ingredients in the above order and then (when it cools) put in a closed jar (an empty mayonnaise jar is perfect for which) and store in the refrigerator for at least 12 hrs.
  2. It's perfect if you prepare the recipe one or possibly two days before the BBQ !! It can be stored in the refrigerator for 10 or possibly 15 days. You can put it on the meat or possibly on the chicken before cooking for a stronger flavor or possibly you can put the sauce on the meat after cooking for a milder flavor.
