  1. Honorable mention at the 1973 Indiana State Fair.
  2. Sift the flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt together. Mix butter and cream cheese then add in to flour mix; blend well. Add in the coconut and apricot preserves and blend well. Drop by tsp. on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 15-18 min till light brown.
  3. Makes about30 cookies
