Apricot Glazed Chicken With Wild Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Chicken pcs (up to 4)
  • 1 jar (12 ounce) apricot preserves
  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 1 pkt Long grain and wild rice
  • 1 pkt (10 ounce) frzn peas

Directions

  1. BAKE: 400
  2. Bake chicken pcs 30 min. Mix apricot preserves, vinegar, salt and pepper. Cook rice according to package directions. Add in onion and chicken flavoring, if you like. After chicken has baked 30 min, spoon apricot mix over chicken and bake 20 min more, basting occasionally. Stir frzn peas into cooked rice. Serve chicken pcs and extra sauce with rice pilaf.
