Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh nutmeg
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 2 c. applesauce
- 4 egg whites
- 1 c. oil
Directions
- In a large bowl or possibly food processor place:
- Mix lightly. Add in all at once:
- Mix well. Fill tins 2/3 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 min. Don't overbake. To make more nutritious use:Whole wheat pastry flour.
- Unsweetened applesauce.
- Sunflower oil.
