Ingredients

1/3 c. Applesauce
3/4 c. Buttermilk
2 1/2 c. Bread Flour
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

1 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 1/2 tsp Yeast

Directions

Place all ingredients in pan in order listed (Hitachi machine). Adjust as needed for your machine.
