Ingredients
- 3 whl Large eggs
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Melted butter or possibly margerine
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 x TBSLP baking pwdr
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 x Tart apple, peeled and shredded
Directions
- Beat Large eggs till thick. Beat in lowfat milk, butter, and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Sift into egg mix & beat well. Add in grated apple and stir till proportionately blended. Bake per your waffle iron's directions.
