Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 stick butter or margarine or 8 tablespoons, softened
2 cups apples, peeled and grated
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together with mixer. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Caramel Frosting
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups confectionery sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
