Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup powder sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 cup graham crackers, ground
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 (6 oz.) vanilla yogurt
  • 1 (21 oz.) apple pie filling
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, powder sugar, salt, graham crackers, brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
  2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Filling: Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla extract, egg, ground cinnamon, yogurt, apple pie filling, flour and butter.
  5. Spread over the crust.
  6. Spread apple pie filling over the filling layer.
  7. Topping: Mix cool whip, brown sugar and vanilla extract.
  8. Spread over the apple pie filling layer.
  9. Decorate: Sprinkle apple pie spice over the topping.
