Ingredients

  • 3-4 apples Or possibly lg. can of peaches
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. sugar (If peaches used, reduce sugar to 1/4 c.)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 3 T sugar
  • 9" unbaked pie shell

Directions

  1. Slice 3-4 apples fairly thin over an unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Over apples, sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 min.Now mix 1 beaten egg with 1 cup evaporated lowfat milk and 3 tbsp sugar. Pour this mix over apples which have baked 20 min. Now bake 30 min more. Good warm or possibly cold.
