Apple Nut Bread Recipe

• 1/3 c. Brown sugar
• 2/3 c. Salad oil
• 1 x Egg
• 1 c. Sour lowfat milk
• 1 tsp Baking soda
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 2 1/2 c. Flour
• 1 1/2 c. Diced apples
• 1/3 c. Minced nuts
