Ingredients
- 2 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Oil
- 3/4 x -(up to)
- 1 c. Peeled, minced apples
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients. Combine egg, lowfat milk and oil; add in to dry mix; stir just to moisten. Add in apples and mix. Fill greased muffin c. 2/3 full. Don't use cupcake papers. Bake at 350 for 25 min. Serve with honey. Add in more sugar if not served with honey.
