Ingredients
- 4 x Matzohs
- 3 x Large eggs ,beaten
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Honey
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Horseradish
- 1/2 c. Minced Walnuts
- 2 x Apples ,minced
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
- Break matzohs in to pcs, soak in water and drain. Combine Large eggs, salt, honey, oil, cinnamon and horseradish and add in to matzoh. Fold in nuts, apples and raisins. Place in greased 8 inch square baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
