Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Margarine or possibly butter, softened
- 1 x Egg
- 2 c. Bisquick Original baking mix
- 1/2 c. Apple-cinnamon or possibly vanilla yogurt
- 1 x Egg
- 1 lrg Apple, peeled and thinly sliced, (1 1/2 c.)
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
Directions
- Prep Time: 17 minutes.
- Bake Time: 50 mins.
- Heat oven to 350. Grease spring-form pan, 9x2 inches, or possibly round pan, 9x1 1/2 inches.
- Beat 1/2 c. sugar, the margarine and egg in medium bowl on low speed 30 seconds or possibly till smooth. Beat in baking mix. Spread over bottom and 1 inch up side of pan. Mix yogurt and egg till smooth. Stir in apple. Spoon over batter in pan. Mix 1/4 c. sugar and the cinnamon: sprinkle over apple mix.
- Bake 45 to 50 min or possibly till center is set and crust is deep golden. Cold 10 min; remove side of pan. Serve hot.
- 8 servings.
