Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425F. Grease cookie sheet. Mix bisquick, apple, brown sugar, ginger, lowfat milk and egg till dough forms. Knead 10 times.
  2. Pat dough into 8 inch wide circle on cookie sheet. Brush with lowfat milk.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar. Cut into 8 wedges.
  4. Bake about 14 min or possibly untl golden. Serve hot.
