Ingredients
- 1 c. Flour
- 3 Tbsp. Powdered sugar
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Med Apple, sour, thinly slic
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 x Egg, well beaten
Directions
- Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl. Beat the egg and add in the lowfat milk and stir into the dry ingredients. Mix well. Add in the sliced apples. Drop batter by spoonfuls into warm fat and fry.
