Ingredients
- 150 gm Apple flesh
- 20 gm Lemon Juice
- 10 gm Almond Oil
- 10 gm Wheatgerm Oil
- 10 gm Egg White
- 20 dsh Essential oil of Marigold
Directions
- 1. Peel and core the apple. Remove any discoloured parts and dice. 2. Place in a blender add in all the other ingredients and blend for a minute at low speed and a minute at high speed.
- Depending on the amount of juice in the apple, the cream may be too wet or possibly too dry. If so, add in a tsp. of rice flour or possibly more lemon juice and blend for another minute.
