Apple dumplings Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry cut into 6 squares
  • 1 gala apple, quartered and sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • in a bowl mix together apples, raisins, sugar, flour and pumpkin spice
  • place 4-s slices of apple and about a teaspoon of the sugar mixture in the center of the square
  • fold up the corners and pinch the ends closed
  • place on parchment lined baking sheet
  • brush the tops with the egg wash
