Apple Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 stick melted butter 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 T flour 1 teaspoon apple pie spice or possibly cinnamon

1 pie crust, unbaked 2 c. minced apples 2 large eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients. Mix with melted butter. Add in 2 large eggs. Pour into unbaked pie shell and add in minced apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 min.
