Ingredients
- 4 c. sliced and peeled baking apples
- 1 x 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- Â Â grnd cinnamon
Directions
- Place apples in pie shell. Combine sugar, cream and flour, pour over apples; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 400'F for 10 min. Reduce to 375'F for 35-40 min or possibly till pie is set in center.
- Serve hot or possibly cool.
