Ingredients

  • 4 c. sliced and peeled baking apples
  • 1 x 9-inch unbaked pie shell
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  •     grnd cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place apples in pie shell. Combine sugar, cream and flour, pour over apples; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 400'F for 10 min. Reduce to 375'F for 35-40 min or possibly till pie is set in center.
  2. Serve hot or possibly cool.
