• 1 c. white sugar
• 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp grnd nutmeg
• 2 tsp grnd cinnamon
• 4 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
• 2 c. half and half cream
• 1 x unbaked 9 inch pie crust
