Apple Cobblers

Baked apples with a delicious crumb topping.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbs Unsalted Butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  3. Add apples and vanilla.
  4. Toss gently until well coated.
  5. Fill 6 ramekins (6 oz size).
  6. In separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar.
  7. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender or fork until it is crumbly.
  8. Cover the top of each ramekin with the mix.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes.
