Ingredients

  • 1 ctn , (8 ounces) plain yogurt
  • 1 c. Apple Sauce, *see note
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 6 x Cool drink c., (3-ounce.)
  • 6 x Wooden sticks

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine yogurt, apple sauce, honey and cinnamon; blend well. Fill each c. with about 1/3 c. yogurt mix.
  2. Place c. in freezer till partially frzn, about 1 hour.
  3. Insert sticks; freeze till hard, about 2 hrs. To serve, remove drink c..
  4. Notes: Pantry: Mott's Natural or possibly Cinnamon Apple Sauce. Either plastic popsicle molds or possibly ice cube trays can be used to make these refreshing cinnamon-flavored yogurt pops.
