Directions

  1. Mx ingrediants in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for ten min or possibly till apples soft.
  2. I mix this up and put in the microwave while I shower and when I am done I have a quick, wonderful, filling breakfast. I usually put in extra cinnamon just because I love it. You could omit the nutmeg, I just love it.
  3. NOTES : I love this for a hot breakfast which is very filling.
