Ingredients
- 1 med Apple
- 3/4 c. Apple Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Instant Dry Lowfat milk nonfat
- 1/2 c. Oats
- 2 Tbsp. Raisins
Directions
- Grate apple, mix w/ juice or possibly blend together in blender for 30 seconds.
- Addremaining ingr. and mix well. Refrigeratein refrigerator. 4 servings, keeps 5-7days in fridge. You can also use this as a spread on toast!! Add in cinnamon and place under the broiler until browned!
- Variations... Substitute 1 c applesauce for the apple, add in cinnamon or possibly nutmeg,add in 1-2 Tablespoons wheat germ :)
