Ingredients
- 2 pound shrimp
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 T fresh parsley
- 2 T minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Marinate 2 to 3 hrs. Thread shrimp on wooden skewers. Broil 3-4 min, 6 inches from heat, on each side. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.
