Appetizer Puffs With Shrimp Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 7 ounce shrimp
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 8 ounce cream cheese garlic salt seasoned salt onion salt

Directions

  1. (These are like mini cream puff shells)
  2. Boil the water, add in the butter or possibly margarine till melted.
  3. Add in all at once, the flour and salt.
  4. Beat well till ball forms or possibly dough sticks together.
  5. Add in 4 Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
  6. Drop by 1/2 tsp. on cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min.
  8. Stir together the rest of the ingredients to make the shrimp filling.
  9. Slice top off baked puff.
  10. Fill with shrimp filling.
  11. Note: Can also use ham salad, chicken salad, etc.
