Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry onions, or possibly a little less
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Green pepper, minced
  • 3 ounce Dry chipped beef, minced

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in small casserole and bake @ 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
  2. Serve with Onion melba crackers.
