  • 1/2 c. Anise hyssop flowers, minced
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs till thick and lemon coloured. Add in sugar and flower petals and beat 5 min. Add in vanilla.
  2. Add in flour, baking pwdr and salt to egg mix. Continue beating 5 min more. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets, spacing well apart. Bake at 325F for 12 to 15 min.
