Angus Barn Chocolate Chess Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 ounce semi sweet chocolate
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 lg. large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In double boiler heat chocolate and butter together. Add in sugar and mix thoroughly till sugar and chocolate mix are well blended. Add in large eggs, vanilla and salt. Blend together. Pour mix into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Allow to cool. Serve topped with whipped cream.
