Ingredients
- 1 lg. angel food cake
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 2 env. Dream Whip
- 1 c. + 3 T lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 can cherry, strawberry or possibly blueberry pie filling
Directions
- Freeze angel food cake for easy slicing. Put lowfat milk in bowl, add in Dream Whip and vanilla. Beat till it peaks. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and 3 tbsp lowfat milk till blended. Fold Dream Whip mix into cream cheese mix.Slice angel food cake and put slices into bottom of oblong cake pan, pour some of mix on cake slices. Slice another layer of angel food cake, finishing off with the remainder of mix. Top off with pie filling. Refrigerate before serving.
