I made this from ingredients on hand and loved it!
Ingredients
- 1 roast chicken breast, diced (about 4 oz)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp Mayo or light mayo
- 1 tsp. Pampered Chef Dill Mix (mix of dill, garlic and dried onion)
- 2 tsp. Horseradish mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Celery Seed
- 1-2 Tbsp. Red Onion
- 2 Tbsp. diced Jazz Apple
- 1 Tbsp. Craisins
Directions
- Dice chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Add mayo, mustard, dill mix and celery seed. Stir.
- Add onion, apple and Craisins.
- Refrigerate 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. (The first time I made this, I couldn't wait and it still tasted great!)
