Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple small can
- Â Â (original was 1 c. oil)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1Â 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 x Large eggs or possibly 3 egg whites
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 c. starter
- 1 lrg vanilla pudding mix (instant)
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Mix well with wooden spoon. Bake at 325 for one hour in two loaf pans.
- I have tried all sorts of substituions. like lemon pudding and poppyseed, leave out the cinnamon, use butter flavoring
- butter pecan pudding and butterscotch chips, leave out cinnamon
- chocolate pudding and peanutbutter chips, leave out cinnamon
- add in fresh apple to original recipe [Judy]
