Ingredients
- 1 c. Amish Friendship Bread Starter
- 2/3 c. oil
- 3 large eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.In mixing bowl, put together all ingredients.
- Grease and flour well 2 9ââ¬Â³x5ââ¬Â³ bread pans. Bake for 40 to 45 min.
- Variations: Add in 1/2 cup of one or possibly more of the following - raisins, minced apples, crushed pineapple, candied fruit, coconut, minced dates, nuts or possibly chocolate chips. Add in to batter just before baking.
