Ingredients

  • Shaker Lemon Pie
  • 4 medium Lemons
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 5 Eggs
  • 4 TB Butter, melted
  • enough Pastry Dough (Pate Brisee) for a double crust pie (store bought or home made)
  • Cut a large pie and enjoy with a nice cup of Tea (Coffee doesn't really play all that well with Lemon Pies)
