Ingredients
- Shaker Lemon Pie
- 4 medium Lemons
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 5 Eggs
- 4 TB Butter, melted
- enough Pastry Dough (Pate Brisee) for a double crust pie (store bought or home made)
- Cut a large pie and enjoy with a nice cup of Tea (Coffee doesn't really play all that well with Lemon Pies)
