Ingredients

2 x 155 ml Chantilly Cream 500 gm Summer fruit compote 250 gm Raspberries

150 gm Amarettini biscuits 1 sprg mint

Directions

1. 1 Wash the fresh raspberries and put to one side.
2. 2 Take 4 individual glasses and layer the cream and summer fruit compote mix with the fresh raspberries and Amarettini biscuits.
3. 3 Decorate with a sprig of mint.
