Ingredients
- 2 x 155 ml Chantilly Cream
- 500 gm Summer fruit compote
- 250 gm Raspberries
- 150 gm Amarettini biscuits
- 1 sprg mint
Directions
- 1 Wash the fresh raspberries and put to one side.
- 2 Take 4 individual glasses and layer the cream and summer fruit compote mix with the fresh raspberries and Amarettini biscuits.
- 3 Decorate with a sprig of mint.
