Directions

  1. 1. Cut cauliflower into flowerets. Cube potatoes.
  2. 2. Heat oil and saute/fry cumin seeds for about a minute. Add in garlic and ginger, stir and add in potatoes. Bhoona, add in turmeric and chile pwdr, and bhoona again. Add in tomatoes and simmer for about 5 min.
  3. 3. Add in cauliflower and high heat for about a min.
  4. 4. Lower heat, cover and let simmer for about 15 min. Curry should be damp-dry.
