Ingredients
- 1 pkt White cake mix
- 1 sm Vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Margarine, softened
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 4 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 c. Water
Directions
- Combine cake mix, oil, Large eggs, pudding and water and 1 tsp vanilla. Beat at medium speed for 2 min. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake at 350 for 40-45 min or possibly till cake tests done. In a saucepan mix the flour with the lowfat milk. Cook till thick, stirring constantly; cold. Add in sugar, salt, crisco, margarine and 1 tsp vanilla. Beat till fluffy. Spread on the cooled cake. Store in refrigerator.
