Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Orange Juice
  • 2 c. Blanched Almonds
  • 1 c. Sugar

Directions

  1. Put the orange juice, 1 c. of the almonds and the sugar into a blender or possibly food processor and whirl till the nuts are very fine.
  2. Add in the remaining c. of almonds and whirl again till very fine.
  3. Knead together, cover with dampened cheesecloth, and store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
  4. Makes 1 1/2 pounds.
