Almond Joy Cool Whip Pie Recipe

Betty Crocker (I think) has started providing chocolate Almond Joy
and Mounds puddings to groceries. Make this easy pie in less than 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Graham cracker crust
  • 2 small boxes Almond Joy Pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups cold whole milk
  • 1/4 cup favorite chocolate chips
  • 8 oz. tub Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Mix milk and 2 puddings together for a minute or so, or until it thickens.
  2. Pour chips onto bottom of the pie crust.
  3. Fold in half the cool whip with the pudding.
  4. Pour it into pie crust and smooth the top.
  5. Top with rest of Cool Whip.
  6. Refrigerate several hours before serving.

    This looks great, Myra! I'm a real fan of Cool Whip and pies and the combo should be nothing short of fantastic. There is one thing though. I think the number of servings you suggest might be just a little bit off. For me, anyway. It will most likely there will be only 1 serving from this recipe.
